What is included with the subscription?

Everything. All angles of every object on PixelSquid, downloadable as unwatermarked PNGs or PSDs.

How can I use PixelSquid content? What kind of licensing is available?

The PixelSquid Royalty Free License means that you only need to purchase the media once. No further payments are needed.

This allows you to use the images in any way, with four exceptions:

  1. You cannot resell the imagery as-is

  2. The images cannot be used in any way that implies an exclusive license (an example of this is a business logo)

  3. Use images for obscene, defamatory, or unlawful activities

  4. Misrepresent your own work

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us to agent@turbosquid.com.

How can I try PixelSquid before I subscribe?

It’s easy - everything on the site is available as a free watermarked PNG download from the site or through our free Adobe Photoshop plugin. Unwatermarked PNGs and PSDs are available on our free products.

Can I use these images in my projects?

Absolutely. All of our objects come with a standard Royalty Free license. Some objects do have Editorial Use restrictions (see next FAQ).

You have lots of branded objects - can I use those in my project?

Branded objects are categorized with Editorial Use restrictions. You may use these objects ONLY for newsworthy, non-commercial projects.

Can I share images I’ve downloaded with other people on my team?

No, other team members are not licensed for those images, they need to also have purchased the image or be PixelSquid subscribers to use the images.

I have opted for a free membership. Can I use watermarked PixelSquid files for commercial projects?

No. The watermarked objects are intended for personal use only. You cannot use PixelSquid objects for published works, but you are free to use them for personal use while designing.

How often do you publish new objects?

We publish new objects daily.

I paid for a monthly subscription, but want to switch to an annual plan. Can I get a credit?

Contact our support team and we will help you make the switch.

You don’t have an object I need - can you make it for me?

Our content is sourced from 3D models, so it can take a while to get something built. Let us know if you see something we’re missing and we can see about adding it to our queue.

I need to also buy the original 3D model - can I do that?

Many of our objects are also available for sale as 3D models on TurboSquid. Contact our support team and we can check if the model is available for sale.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. This will stop the automatic renewal of current subscription at the end of its period. If your subscription has recently renewed within the past three days, cancellation will immediately end your current subscription and you will be issued a refund for that renewed subscription amount.

Will I have to pay for multiple subscriptions if I use PixelSquid on both PC and Mac?

No. Your subscription is tied to your PixelSquid account (which is different from your Creative Cloud account). As long as you sign in to the same account on both PC and Mac, you should be able to use a single subscription.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, you may use PayPal when purchasing a subscription, however Paypal does have some restrictions for different countries.

Can I use watermarked PixelSquid files for commercial projects?
