PixelSquid Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Any products that have technical problems, such as an error in a PSD layer, are eligible for a refund. If you encounter an error with a file, please contact Support as soon as possible so that we can issue a refund and re-evaluate the file.

If you purchase the wrong spinner shot, please contact Support. You may be eligible to exchange for the image you need.

If the image does not match the quality shown on the PixelSquid site, you are eligible for a refund for up to 7 days.
